Not getting paid
Started working about 4 weeks ago, never got paid for any shift I worked, still haven’t, and on top of that the chat people ask what’s wrong and don’t reply and then forwards you to another chat where they do the SAME THING.

Started working about 4 weeks ago, never got paid for any shift I worked, still haven’t, and on top of that the chat people ask what’s wrong and don’t reply and then forwards you to another chat where they do the SAME THING.
Signed up and created account initially due to thinking that this account would be only for picking up shifts not going through employment process via an app. I requested to delete my profile AFTER learning that you have to send a picture or video of your ID to one or more UNKNOWN parties whose profiles say verified but doesn’t say how they are verified. The individual I initially messaged never messaged me back but about 2 other people have to tell me that you talk to many different people due to the fact that “they take breaks and lunches at different times” ANOTHER individual whose first and last name is not even ATTACHED to the profile they are messaging me from stated that “I can’t fully delete my profile but I can OPT OUT OF MESSAGES” I need my profile deleted ASAP
They put you to work in one area until you keep a 85% productive and a 37 hour week work schedule you have to start in a freezer witch is around 30*to 40* kinda beats the point of flexible work
It's wonderful being able to schedule around potential emergencies and call off when one happens right before a shift (i have two elder dogs with health issues). But when you need to get ahold of somebody for answers (i.e. time clock missed, hours are short on your paycheck) no one on the app chat feature seems to know anything about the worksite, the higher ups, or the actual work load. Now, as far as i know i work for MyWorkChoice, but they never know what my job is going to be and how the actual company Im working at is going to be like. So on one hand you can schedule and drop shifts however and whenever you please. On the other hand, you can't get ahold of anybody unless send out an email and wait three weeks.
The app is dumb. The chat people on the app are dumb and never have correct answers or answers at all. The on-site leaders don’t know much either. But the work isn’t hard and I like being able to work when I can and not work when I can’t and keep my job. It’s very convenient for my life and health. The people who work for this app needs to be educated on what’s going on and the information about the employees job's.
I was applying for a job that forced me to download this app but after creating my account I was never able to login this app once. Fix the bugs before sending me jobs Associate with this app please.
my work choice is terrible, they don't pay you for your hours worked and the app's dwl chat service is a mess
Shifts are always canceled.
The two days I was supposed to work I went and the on-site never answered her phone or anything. Contacted multiple people about it, no result.
I love working for this company. It’s so nice to be able to pick the days and times I want to work. What a fantastic business model. The work isn’t easy, but my effort is appreciated. And, if I want to change things up a bit, I can work at a different facility. The staff have been nothing but courteous and professional. Thank you, MyWorkChoice. Glen
