Naaptol

Don’t use Naaptol. It is a big scam . I purchased one product and it is not delivered. When called for customer care for cancel they said order is cancelled. But money is not refunded. I called multiple times for enquiring the refund but everytime customer care person cut the call. I have messaged you even in WhatsApp. No response. I have emailed to them. No response. Please don’t order anything from naaptol. It is a pure fraud taking money from people and they never respond

Not worth using this app in a mobile or tablet.. Cannot go to the previous page. When you searched and selected the product, you cannot go back to the results again.. You have to start over your search again. I don't think it is a full fledged app. Kind of website opens if you click on app. Every time you click on app, it loads again..

I could not see any button to go to the previous page while browsing through the available items. Obviously needs improvement.

Finally !!! Good to send gifts to India!!
