After refreshing the app is not working

Not customer-oriented service! During two weeks after confirming the order and payment I was waiting for tracking number of my pitches BUT until now I didn’t get any information about it! The delivery company and sender didn’t provide any information about the location of my order! I can not also return my money back! Unfortunately, this company doesn’t care about customer satisfaction! That was first and last time I was dealing with them!!!

My purchase about 185 sar to dammam lost. Courrier called and asked me: you are in hofuf. I said no in dammam. And no more conversation since that time. Very bad

Don’t want to make a refund , sell bad quality items and don’t want to return it

this is the worst service, i will never use it again. h ordered an exchange of size, this happens within a week. I have to stay at home and wait for the delivery to be exchanged. The delivery man won't bother me and just cancels everything, I'm wasting time with you. I hate your service and keep those idiotic shorts and money for yourself. The delivery service is just disgusting.

Zero customer service. No-one responded to email messages. returned items but they still didn’t return momey for the goods bought. 2 month passed and nothing changed.

Please put more wide price range as filter . It’ll be more convenient to use

تطلبوا مننا نكمل المعلومات المطلوبه وما يستقبلها حتى لو دخلتها الف مره !!!!!! وتعلقوا الطلبيه ولازم نتصل على كل طلب وفالنهايه الاتصال ما يستقبل !!!!! اخر طلب من معاكم ان شاء الله …. ابدا ما عملي وهذا وانا ما سويت دفع عند الاستلام دفعت مباشره وانتوا على كل طلب تعلقوا الطلبيه !!!!! They ask us to complete the required information and they don't accept it even if we enter it a thousand times through the application!!!! And they put the order on hold and we have to call for every order and in the end the call is not accepted!!!! The last order from Namshi... It doesn't work at all and I didn't do cash paid on delivery. I paid directly and the application puts the order on hold for every order!!!!
