Nando’s SA – Food Order

I ordered okay, but it sent the driver to another location despite it picking up mine. No way to track the driver when you hit that button. Maybe they should stop with the useless puns and work on their app

no option to track diver once order has been picked up unless driver calls you at the gate

The app had me verify on my wife’s phone. No option to change. Let’s see how the food tastes.

Very very unhappy with Nandos but I have logged a call - no reply, I have call the complaints centre and was promised feedback but just as useless. Please get someone to call me. The case no is CAS 816601N1F6H1 logged on 29/08/22 for an incident that happened on the 24/08/22 I’m waiting for a response. Regards Jose

Probably the easiest food ordering app I’ve come across!

Great food and service

User interface is sloppy. After 6pm it always says it can’t deliver and you must try another time/date. I then use Mr Delivery and buy from elsewhere.

Shocking service from this store. Did not receive the whole order. Tried phoning all evening and got no response. The manager was sent an email and never got a response. Also emailed the complaint to Nandos and to date, four days later I still have not received a response!
