The app is great, it helps me a lot. I would like you to add a desktop widget for faster access. Thank you for your hard work

It would be super handy to have “start” and “finish” naps buttons right on the Apple watch

After 1,5 months of using the basic plan I have suddenly lost all data of my baby’s sleep tracking. Awwwww As there is no support feature within the app, I tried to contact the team via the website. Hours later the problem was solved and data fully restored. Overall: + a very handy and helpful App if you want to keep track of your baby’s daily routine. I’ve tried a bunch of similar apps, and Napper is just the most user friendly and intuitive one of all. I also like it’s simple and nice interface. - still has room for improvement. E.g. users support within the app. Some easier way to track night waking when it’s rather hard to type anything in (eg - for night mode only - shake the phone and the app would note the time). Good job, Napper. Looking forward to the coming improvements!

However, the email I just received from Clarence from Napper asked why “I didn’t think the app was worth paying for” seems very confrontational and I didn’t appreciate it. Perhaps a re-word of that message to seek feedback would be a better customer experience.

I cannot rate Napper highly enough. When I first downloaded it, I thought it was a generic sleep tracking app, but it’s so much more than that. The creators have thought of everything and for my family it has been life changing. We’ve always been pretty relaxed about sleep, however this meant that sleeps were all over the place and lots of late nights where baby didn’t go to bed until 10pm. The estimated sleep times are so accurate and it has really helped us tune into our baby’s sleep needs. It’s allowed us to create a routine and have more structure to our day and with that comes a super happy baby and parents 💕🥰

Have been using this app for the last few days and loving how easy it is to track naps for my 2.5 month old! Super helpful for me to judge the wake windows and how long he should be napping for. User friendly and lovely illustrations. Highly recommend!

Got sucked into the free trial, have tried to contact them to cancel as can’t work out how to cancel through the App Store have much hunting. Emailed them - no response. But they have emailed me asking why I didn’t want to pay for the app.. when I responded asking to cancel and to check the subscription has been cancelled - no response. App it’s self seemed ok however it doesn’t give you an option of capping the first nap (if your on two naps a day wanting the 2nd nap to be a long nap) Poor customer service, wont be recommending the app at all.

Möchte nicht mehr ohne diese App sein. Das einzige was mich stört - ich kann keine nickerchen offline tracken. Es synchronisiert sich dann auch später leider nicht, wenn ich wieder Empfang habe.

Knapp vor der Geburt meines ersten Babys habe ich zum ersten Mal von Napper gehört und kurz nach der Geburt direkt begonnen die App auszuprobieren. Keine Ahnung, wie es ohne wäre, aber so wie es ist, ist es einfach perfekt! Mein Baby ist nun 6 Monate alt und die Vorhersage der Nickerchen und Schlafenszeit ist, außer es passiert am Tag etwas außerplanmäßiges (Impfung, Krankheit…) zu nahezu 100% genau! Es ist eine Erleichterung und jeden Tag sind wir erstaunt über die Vorhersagen und das leichte einschlafen. Ich bin gespannt was die Zukunft noch bringt und wie es mit dem Schlaf beim Kleinkind weitergeht, ich werde Napper definitiv weiter nutzen! Ich würde mir aber wünschen, dass es mehr Möglichkeiten gäbe, anderes zu tracken. Zb Impfung/Arztbesuche (hat ja auch Einfluss auf den Schlaf) und überhaupt frei etwas zu tracken einzugeben (baden, oder sowas erstes krabbeln/ wausauchimmer) und eine bessere Auswertung der getrackten Dinge. Auch die Schnelltracker während der Schlafenszeit finde ich super, wenn nicht der „nächtliches aufwachen“-Timer die Leiste so verdecken würde, dass ich das Stillen doch wieder über das große Plus starten musste. Alles in allem: große Empfehlung! So früh wie möglich und überhaupt! Keine Ahnung wie es ohne wäre, aber das will ich auch erstmal gar nicht wissen :) Nachtrag: nachdem es mir nun passiert ist, etwas Kritik am Internetzwang: mein Internet war weitestgehend abwesend, zeitweise weg, zeitweise langsam, und Napper war absolut nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Öffnete sich nicht mal, Tracking ging natürlich auch nicht.. also eine Katastrophe. Muss das wirklich sein? Man muss doch nicht immer aufs Internet zugreifen für alles. Und zumindest das speichern sollte möglich sein, damit keine Daten verloren gehen, wenn gerade kein Internet da ist. (Urlaub? Vodafone… usw.)
