NAPR (Noida Authority Pet Reg)

I tried thrice. In span of one year. The money got deducted, with no registration. At least when you know your app is not good enough, then please try and arrange in person registration or something. I am out of 1500rs and my oer is still not registered. What do I do? I am not going to try again until you guys have a fix. Even call centre people doesn’t know a thing to help you out. Total waste.

Worst app ever 1. Below par user experience UX of the app 2. Fields mentioned like drop-down values for societies on registration form do not cover all scenarios 3. App crashes any time 4. I had to do the payment 3 times to get the registration done 5. Pathetic customer service as they do not even read complaints or refund the wrongly deducted money, which I raised from their app 6. After the update, app says OTP sent successfully while no OTP is received. Recommendation 1. Please hire a better development and testing team 2. Please do not just keep deducting the money and harass customers by frustrating them 3. Hire a customer service team.

These people stole my 1000 rupees . Registered twice Rs .500 each lost to some weird Noida Internship named account. This is a scam by Noida Authority.

This app is asking to update to a new version even when the updated app is already downloaded. Due to this issue, I’m unable to register my pet and experiencing issues over and over again. Deleted and downloaded app again, but the issue is still persisting. Need help with this.

Asks for updates. And doesn’t give a link to register pet. Only shows pdf dog policy of noida.

Trying to register my pet The form was first under the category where you needed to await the status It said rejected but won’t make any edits Reapplied and then updated the app Since then can’t login. Pls help

App is constantly prompting to update and not showing registered pet info and neither updating.

Deadline to de di lekin dhanki app banate nahi hua. Ab update di to test bhi karte nahi hua ki wo update chal bhi rahi hai ya nahi. It keeps asking me to update the app, even though it is already updated. Hire some competent people please, don’t trouble us.

While registering for my pet they deducted the registration fee and sent the message on the App as something went wrong. No refund no support for complaints nothing. How are we going to register our pets??
