Catastrophique depuis des années !
Cette application manque cruellement d’ergonomie et l’accès à son catalogue est catastrophique. Dès qu’on fait une recherche on ne trouve jamais du premier coup. Malgré les retours des développeurs, cela fait des années que l’application ne s’améliore pas. Je l’utilise occasionnellement car elle est intégrée dans mon forfait téléphonique (sans surcoût, contrairement à d’autres concurrents). Un exemple : « Spider » de GIMS n’est pas trouvable (facilement du moins) qui n’est pourtant pas une musique de niche, n’est ce pas ? Quant aux fonctionnalités, beaucoup sont manquantes (exemple : accès aux paroles…). Je déconseille cette application. Quitte à payer, aller voir les concurrents !

Peu ergonomique face à ses concurrents. Manque énormément d’artistes

On peut même pas mettre nos identifiants afin se connecter. C vraiment une application du MER***
Mise en pause
Bonjour, je pense qu’il y a un problème sur la continuité des sons, quand on écoute un album certaines fois ça ne continue pas automatiquement, il faut appuyer sur pause et relancer. Il y’a aussi énormément d’anciens albums ou singles d’artistes qui sont mélangés avec d’autres qui ont le même nom/pseudo.

j’utilise littéralement l’application depuis maintenant presque 2ans et que dire à part UTILISER UNE AUTRE APPLICATION DE MUSIQUE des bug qui non pas était changer en 2ans les musiques mettent 5 minutes à ce lancer je suis déconnecter de mon profil minimum 2 fois par jour en voyage quand je n’est pas de wifi et que ça me déconnecter et qu’il faut du wifi pour se reconnecter à sont compte vous êtes ce qu’on appel b**ser . sans parler bien évidemment de la réactivité de l’équipe pour mettre les nouvelles albums par exemple l’album de werenoi n’est même pas encore sur lappli alors qu’il est sortie il y’a plusieurs mois ! bref un grand manque de sérieux pour une application de ce style
Problème playlist
Il se passe quoi avec les playlist? Celles que je suivais ont disparu. Je les suis à nouveau mais elles disparaissent à chaque fois! 😕
Recherche incomplète
Une fonction recherche morceaux à l’intérieur des playlists manque cruellement pour remonter le niveau par rapport à d’autres offres
C’est claqué au sol
Je viens d’Amazon Music et je suis choqué comment c’est éclaté, l’ergonomie, le nombre de titres indisponibles (je pensais écouter des trucs assez connus mais bon), la fluidité de l’application. Par respect pour celui qui me partage son compte je reste quelques mois et après ciao.
Inutilisable
Impossible de se connecter avec mon nouvel IPhone 12 (iOS 18) : le clavier ne s'ouvre même pas pour pouvoir entrer l'identifiant et le mot de passe.
