NASA FCU

Each time I use the app it has “lost” my credentials so I have to go through the whole “re-set password” process. I receive an email with the new temporary password and it never works. If I copy and paste the password, it says “invalid credentials”. If I type the password myself, it says “invalid credentials”. I have just tried 4 times in a row and each time “invalid credentials”. I just want to make my car payment! Do they not want my money? I would give zero stars if I could.

I believe my accounts are secured with them and I am happy to be part of the credit union.

Simple and functional interface. NASAFCU has all the bells and whistles you would expect from a great bank. I’ve had a great experience using all services NASAFCU offers.

Have been overdue for two months can’t make a payment after 5pm (that’s just how my time schedule works) Have 2 transactions that have not taken my money but they continue to moan and complain that they need my money. Like TAKE IT THEN. ITS THERE. Nothing on my end no notifications nothing that tells me why they won’t take my money. Jesus Christ do not finance with NASA FCU.

Love the app!! Please start using Zelle transfer as an option! This would be great!

There should be a way to see the entire portfolio value / balance in the way the previous system did. Perhaps there is a way but I don’t see it, really miss it rather than adding all the sub accounts.

It’s been a very smooth process getting onboarded here.

This app has made transfers, money monitoring, and budgeting a thousand times easier. It’s accurate, it’s secure, and it’s simple to use. Ever since I started using it I’ve been able to track my spending and how much money I have depositing so saving money has been a breeze.
