We were so blessed to go to the zoo today. We got a membership. The boss helped me get the motorized scooter all set up! Peter Thompson

The app, along with the zoo is an experience like no other. The animals, attractions, and virtual additions are incredible.

Difficult to navigate. Does not save information already entered.(ex. Needing member is to reserve tickets, when you leave ticket page to locate member I’d you have to go through the process all over again.) one would think if you’re a member and log in, the app would recognize and auto input your information. Also that it would have a quicker process of locating your information

This is one of my favorite zoos anywhere! Well laid out, shady. Animals are always visible. Walking paths are wide enough. Always have a great time!

My biggest complaint is you can’t look at the tickets after you order them. Also half the app is sending you to the Nashville zoo web page. I think for the size of the company and what the city has to offer it should be way better.
