Depuis 20 ans que je fais mon bénévolat au stade IGA et avant … (ma mémoire) J’apprécie grandement l’ambiance d’une foule de tennis car c’est beaucoup plus calme que une foule de football En passant j’ai bien remarqué et aimé les petites annonces sur l’application OBN Bravo à Valérie pour son travail immense et nouveau. Félicitations à tous

Très difficile de savoir à quoi chaque billet donne accès, surtout s’il y a des retards. Les informations sont éparpillées dans de multiples catégories.

Always late, very slow. Tennis Canada need to step up when your sponsor is a communication company

The app is poorly organized and the information on it is sadly outdated and unreliable. For instance information this year on rain delays. Had to go to X to find out any updates mostly from tennis reporters. Other tournaments have far better apps.

No update on the weather and the chat bot doesn’t work even when you ask to talk to a real agent.

Too many pop up adds, hard to navigate and find live scores. Lag with scores. Used to b better.

I suggest that the people in charge at Jarry go and visit the tennis site at Indian Wells. This site shows how it should be done in terms of washrooms, eating facilities and outdoor lounging areas. Hopefully the Jarry people will try to copy some of these amenities. If Tennis Canada can send all those officials , coaches etc. To Paris for the Olympics, perhaps they can invest on improving the site of their biggest money maker!

Can’t find next scheduled matches. Very frustrating!!!!
