Always an issue of some type when trying to log. Even the trouble logging in help tool creates an issue within the system itself. It doesn’t remember user names or passwords and forces me to keep trying to create new ones. I can access my policy in the app or online without extensive headache. Been a customer for nearly 3 years. May look to change companies because I don’t need the headache.

How convenient that the day I need to make a payment the app never seems to work. Just so they can add their late charges. I can’t wait till my policy is done so I no longer have to do business with this horrible insurance company.

Idk who made this app but it was an incredibly lazy creation. Do better

The app needs severe attention to it, the app seems to always be down and one cannot get access to ones info at all when needed, this also goes for the website!

App will not let me register my account. A rep said something about the app not being user friendly.

This has to be the worst app ever created. It does not work. Needs to be scrapped and started over.
