Worst App
I tried to get my forgotten username. But after so many verifications just a pop up message coming and said “username is …” bla bla bla ..
Useless !
App is not functional! It was working fine with the previous version. The bank is simply wasting our time with this version of app.
Absolute garbage!! Bring back the old app!
UPDATE: Now it won’t let me login and says my device is not secure, and the message is cut off by the iPhone notch. 🤦♂️ —————————————————— Previous review: Been trying to make a payment to my NTB Amex credit card and tapping the confirm button does nothing and no error message either. It’s frustrating to see a basic feature failing without any feedback to the user. Please fix ASAP. And don’t reply with a canned response and ask me to call your hotline.
Mobile app
Not a great app. Flaws to be addressed. Login is not convenient
First roll out, then let customers do the testing
Not sure who’s brilliant idea is to randomly rollout a huge update to the app and after a week send an official mail about the update. Complete disaster. Doesn’t even let me login.
Does not support secure 1Password
The new update looks better, but broke the compatibility to use secure password managers like 1Password. Please fix this easy task in the next update cycle. Make things better from where they are, not worse.
No Support for Face ID
The app doesn’t support Face ID yet though that’s a feature released several years ago. It’s very annoying to keep entering the password whenever I need to access the app when other banks have already built that feature on to their apps. Please work to implement this in the app.
App Error
Hi, the app doesn’t work and giving a error message saying invalid hash value
User friendly and convenience
The Nations Direct app powered by the Nations Trust Bank is a very user friendly app with all the banking needs brought down to our fingertips. The app has catered numerous banking activities, which enables its user not to visit the branches physically and fulfil their banking needs in the comfort of their homes. Highly recommended for all the Nations Trust Bank customers and non-customers to use it; and experience the seamlessness of it.
