First try was at the buffalo location- I fell in LOVE. So did my kids! Then finding the one in Victoria being close to my work- of course I had to tell my co workers about it! Every taste is so good! Super friendly staff as well

Downloaded the app. Clicked on “Sign up.” Nothing.

I’m soooo happy this store is finally here in Lakeville. We need more of these types of places to eat, I’m so sick of the typical fast food and fried options that keep popping up here. Healthy and Fresh is more of what we need. The staff are delightful and very knowledgeable about the ingredients.

10/10 great rewards program.

The app does not allow you to use your rewards! I have 115 anchors rewards, I should be able to get a free bowl, when I proceed to check out my reward balance is zero.

Registering for the rewards is problematic. When I sign in, it directs me to register. When I register, it says my email address is already in use. It tells me to go back and forth, and never lets me register. Frustrating. After weeks of hoping the problem would resolve itself, I tried registering with a different email address. This time it worked but I cannot correct my email address in the app. I see other people with similar issues. This is not a user error. Best wishes receiving rewards. Even store employees cannot help you.

Love them. I can’t eat ice cream so they’ve become my go to when I’m wanting ice cream. Very friendly staff at the Fargo location. I’ve become a regular customer.
