NavBook

New app in 2023 for the management of your pleasure boating:
- simple
- no connection with on-board electronics
- to archive all the data and events of your sailing, motor and others navigations.

This app is the equivalent of the « famous logbook » for recreational boating:
- the "home" screen has the main calendar where you can click on a date to record a navigation with all the settings and events it contains. The user can also find a previous navigation by clicking on a date in which a navigation has been recorded or schedule a navigation in the future. This is the main function of the application.
- the "my account" screen includes the information of the user account, and all the information about the boat or boats used (owner or not) as well as information about the home port and the boats used for navigation.

It is intended to be simple, intuitive and user-friendly. It works in a manual encoding mode and not on information recorded by different on-board electronic devices (simplification of use without connection). Indeed, given the multitude of measuring devices on board (GPS, anemometer, sonar, plotter, radar, autopilot, etc,...) and operating according to brand-specific communication protocols, the communication interface with tablets or smartphones is often difficult to obtain, or unstable or even impossible. Only the GPS of your mobile or tablet will be able to define a position of a port or event to be recorded. The application is able to record data offline with subsequent synchronization with the server.
Other report modules are being designed.
This application does not provide the routing function and cannot be used as a means of navigation.
