Having issue downloading the app does not recognize nothing is still on searching mode downloaded the app does not recognize the motor cannot calibrate it or do anything need help

Like others have reported, crashes and almost unusable 80% of the time

I have the latest update. The app opens then immediately crash closes.

I’d just like to make a suggestion… when doing data logging, it would be nice if it doesn’t stop and delete the logs when the app loses connection. Let me save or send the logs.

Now I can not open app anymore!!

After the latest update it won’t connect. Says Device Communication Timeout. Then eventually crashes.

I just installed the new 400a controller today, downloaded the app and now the app connects, then immediately closes. On the latest update. Any suggestions?

I’ve updated to the new IOS and the app keeps crashing. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still crashes. It looks like a new update was put out on Navitas 5 days ago so I’m just wondering when it will work again…

Just put a Navitas motor in my cart. I downloaded the app today to connect. Every time I open it, it immediately crashes. Completely useless. Can anyone tell me if I can adjust the throttle position sensor? The gas pedal has to be pressed at least half way to move the motor and by that time it takes off way too fast. Very hard to control when trying to back out of tight parking spaces.

I just installed a 600 amp controller on my 2021 Icon golf cart and needed some assistance with tech-support. The folks from Navitas and their tech support have been nothing but fantastic. They were able to quickly resolve my issues, and they even called back to follow up to see how everything was running. I highly recommend Navitas for any golf cart or any build project. I love how everything is controlled through the app and it’s user-friendly. Top tier company with awesome employees and even better customer service.
