App does not work for non-premium users
This app does not work at all. You state that non premium users can download the map of one country but I am unable to download a map for any country. What was once a useful app is now broken.

Just tap on a route map to look up transit information anywhere in the world.
NAVITIME Transit allows you to search for routes whilst looking at the route map. It is a free app that provides safe and secure travel whilst on overseas holidays, business trips, and other travel scenarios. You can also check the travel times to your destination, transfer stations, the stops on transit routes, and the traffic information, with the transfer search.
NAVITIME Transit:
By selecting and downloading the country you want to use, you can search routes all over the world, using the route maps and railway information maintained by NAVITIME.
On the route map screen, users can search for their next station or use maps of the area around the station to confirm their current location. This allows users to plan a trip smoothly, from their current location to their destination. The street view feature showing the area surrounding stations also allows the user to confirm the location of each station correctly.
NAVITIME offers trip planning for undergrounds, buses, ferries, and in-country aeroplane travel. The app can also be used in offline mode.

You can stop automatic renewal by selecting "Cancel subscription" at least 24 hours before the end of the validity period.

Maps aren’t updated like Thailand.
Timetables out of date
Chiltern Railways timetable is just wrong.
No more standalone London underground map!
Not as good now no standalone London Underground map like under transit uk app? Confusing trying to navigate London with the overland train lines on the map on a small screen. It is useful but needs the standalone underground map too please.
Some countries are very limited like Finland.
Helsinki has Map of tram and Metro. But lacks Rail, especially the circular connecting lines P & I lines connecting Helsinki and the Airport which the majority of tourists would need.
Not so good anymore
Loved this app when it was navitime but poor in comparison, seems to lack the detail now especially when it sends you in the opposite direction to where yo want to travel, should say where to get off to travel back not just hope you know
No TfL!!??
The new version of this app does not show London Underground stations. A massive backwards step that makes the app worthless now.
Haven’t got this right
I compared a cross-country route requiring one change of train planned with the previous Navitime Transit UK and Transit. The 2 were the same but Transit wanted me to take an earlier 2nd train requiring 2 extra changes and doubling journey time! Developer needs to do some urgent work to restore credibility.
