Excellent Resource
I've used the information in the running chapter so far and included some of it my training regime. Also some of the upper body fitness too. There is enough information in this app to keep someone training, busy for a long while. It's very simple and clear. I have just finished a half marathon - the Dublin Mountain Plod. I did not sleep properly for the last three days due to illness and last night it I slept about 1.5 hours in total. I had planned a good time and a comfortable finish. This went out the window. Now I just planned to finish, I did it in 2.19 which under the circumstances was respectable, only had a banana prior to the race, but brought my water bladder for the run.
