have learned such great exercises from this app, easy to follow videos for each one too with written instructions. Looking forward to giving the month-long workout program a go. Really cool how it has that too with each day laid out. Love this app!!!
Navy Seal Training Rating
Great app, love the exercise demonstrations. If you like to exercise, I’d recommend this. However, for the daily planning and the workouts, the fact that they cost money is absurd. At least switch to advertisements for income instead of making people pay. Because here’s the thing, these people use this app, are training for the military, a job that protects you and this country. Again, I still can’t believe that you would make people pay to train to protect you in this country if anything you should be paying them.
