Bn of money every month and your unable to create a normal app..useless people

downloaded, installed, started. app spins wheels and never starts. rinse and repeat. still no go. nbg telephone help not available. finally reached IT help. was told app does not work on iphone. duh. I told the guy to remove it from app store until it does work. still would give no stars if possible.

There is no support for PIN. Fingerprint does not work. App Support link from App Store goes to homepage of the bank, so there is no way to get support or report a problem with iPhone11 In version v1.17 they fix previous bugs and now the app is starting, so there is that.

This is probably the worst bank in Europe...

I just got hacked and they spend 81 dollars and this app is supposted to prevent any purchases , only after i view them right? Well i guess not..

I accidentally blocked the app of many codes what can I do
