Video works fine in the app, but constantly freezes when casting to chromecast. It’s 2024, do better.

Continues to freeze and crash. Please resolve!

Cannot get anything to load through this app. Last years version no problem. This update is awful. Had to go back to using the website.

Problems remain. Will launch a game to chromcast for approx 5 mins and then die or freeze. App goes fine in phone if if try to launch it through chromecast it just drops out. Not a chromecast issue as it has happened across multiple TV’s in seperate locations in different networks using 5 different devices. It looks and behaves As if it is going to launch then drops out to a black screen with just NBL TV in middle of screen.

Live scores and box scores are way too slow and don’t match! Why can’t you see how long to go in a game if you’re only checking scores and not watching games?

Open the app and all I can see is white background with an orange “loading” ring, left open for 20min and still hadn’t loaded anything :(

Need work start of the season and can’t watch on anything

Have only been able to watch games this season via the app on iPad. Cannot load any information on app on my phone. Just says it’s loading. Please fix!

The only way to watch the games is through this app and online. Won’t even cast to the tv. Just has a black NBLTV background once cast. Has happened for the past three weeks.

Hit and miss as to whether you can get the app to cast to TV. Not a chromecast issue, definitely an app problem.
