quality of service is zero
I wrote to support about the loss of my account. They wrote that they would answer and send an email, 2 days passed, no email or support responded. apparently left without a bitcoin wallet.

Средства на кошелек не пришли
Средства приходят через раз. На адрес кошелька пришли, что видно по транзакции, а NCWallet не отображаются, не доступны. Хотя на этот же кошелек уже приходили средства. При обращении в техподдержку написано, что сформирован номер заявки и отправлен на эл.почту, а на электронной почте пусто и в спаме нет. Более 12 часов прошло, ни денег, ни автоответа хотя бы о принятии на рассмотрение заявки.
Good and simple wallet
I downloaded this wallet around a month ago and it seems pretty good as a free app. There are actually no commissions and I can exchange my crypto right in the app. It would be nice to have more currencies and a bit of quality of life features. All in all, quite solid wallet

Freezes your account and customers service wont answer
Make a complaint to Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) This company is a scam. They take your money and never respond to emails. Just make a complaint to the fbi. Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Let the Feds get them. 🤷🏿♂️
Scammmmmmm
Been using this app as a referral from crypto tab and I’ve had 5 successful deposits and only 3 successful withdrawals before they restricted my account. Now I can’t exchange withdrawal but I can still deposit this is ridiculous and I got $1000 sitting there right now. Man I can’t get a refund or nothing. Chat support definitely don’t help
