worst experience ever, it shows unlimited youtube in some package but after buying that pack, while watching youtube 240/360 p in 4g network it consums data. none agent solves this problem, very bad experience with customer care agent,

Too many notifications
Whats the point of sending notifications every hour? Totally irritating and useless. Turning the notifications off!!!!
Playback issues
I want to know who designed this Ncell app. Whenever you open the app, any music playing will stop, even in Picture-in-Picture mode. The Ncell app doesn’t have any sounds or music, so what’s the intention behind this design choice?😹
No working
App not working for older devices like iPhone6 plus.
