Downloaded the app onto an iPad but as there is no iPad screen support it’s not very useful

Need to log in to use the app. It nowhere to sign up for an account. Useless.

Update: I contacted the airport about this app being broken. They didn’t even realise. Then a big standard reply saying it was going through maintenance. Yeah 9 months in maintenance. They just don’t care. You’ve seen the complaints about it not working. Fix it ! Wouldn’t you think a big organisation like Newcastle Airport would actually fix this !!! Absolute shambles.

What a terrible app constantly crashes!!!

Nice looking app but can’t use it as there is no where (obvious) to sign up for an account. If I had an account I can see where to sign in. But not sign up. Emails have gone unanswered.

Download app and then it just sits frozen downloading application data.

Just says “downloading app data” for ages with no progress. I have tried installing and using the app with both wi fi and 4G and it does not work either way. Seems other people having the same problem.

The app doesn’t load. Just get a message saying downloading application data and nothing else. Deleted the app, downloaded it again, same thing. Tried using 4G, tried with Wifi, tried with VPN on and then off. So the app doesn’t work on my iPhone XR.
