NDB Neos

Apparently NDB Neos has less security when it comes to online transactions where the bank can transfer money to any other third party without the customer concern and permission. The two factor authentication does not work when the app has any bugs and they don’t inform the clients prior. In my case, they have transferred my money from my account to another party which I didn’t approve of and when I wanted my money back, they act like they didn’t do anything wrong. This is actually fraudulent and how come this app got ISO certified?? Poor customer service where the call center does not have a proper update for over a month. Please do not use this bank or this app. Please don’t go through what I am going through.

I was excited to try the Neo Bank app, but unfortunately, it doesn’t support my iPhone 6s. When I try to open it, the app gives an error message saying something is wrong with my device. It’s disappointing that the app isn't optimized for slightly older devices, as many users still rely on them. Improving compatibility for older models would make this app accessible to a larger audience. Hope this gets updated soon!

Most of the time giving a massage “something went wrong while confirming the transaction. This was one of the best banking app however it’s not the same anymore.

App does not work after the iOS update 17.6.1. NDB customer care team informed me to use web portal because of this app does not compatible with the latest iOS.

The banking app is highly unreliable, with a persistent bug that sends double transactions for a single transfer using just one OTP, resulting in twice the intended amount being deducted from my account. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, customer service has failed to acknowledge or fix the problem, which has been ongoing for too long. This lack of action and poor service are extremely disappointing and reflect badly on the bank's handling of customer funds.

Limited feature available when compared to other bank apps like Frimi, SOLO and Genei

This bank has hidden agendas to steal our money. Do not engage in this bank. Save your money anywhere else. Sampath and commercial banks are reputed banks if you need recommendations.
