Neal St. Rewards

Requires too many invasive permissions. Goes through several series of rebranding to confuse you. It randomly stops working. The staff at the stores you can use this at despise it. Don’t bother.

This app worked well when it was branded as Teyu but appears to not be working as Neal Street. Reward stamps do not appear to be being converted into reward vouchers and the process to raise issues keeps deleting my queries without being answered.

Have been waiting for update to Neal street to fix the payment issues. But no change. Cannot pay without an error notice popping up. Useless and frustrating app.

The security on this app is tighter than Fort Knox and it’s overkill and ridiculous for a rewards app. It’s impossible for me to sign up because I’m using a shared WiFi network.

That’s two days in a row forgetting the honey pot

We used to have a good selection of rewards to use points. These gave reduced so I rarely use app now

I raised an issue about this app not tracking purchases and therefore not being allocated the appropriate rewards, on the 6th August and it has never been fixed. I have been told several times, “your issue has been referred to the relevant team for investigation” but I have never heard from that team. I have asked for a telephone number because I would like to speak to someone about this issue but a number has never been provided. I would rate this company 1/10 for customer service.

Amex stopped working. Also, stop keep changing the name of the app.

Planet Organic Hampstead still not accepting payment using the app… so what’s the point!

For a tech company, it is pretty weird that they NEVER have ETAs to solve bugs/issues you submit to them, even quite important (like inability to buy offers displayed on the app due to a bug). As long as it works, it is fine but if something goes wrong, they never have a solution UPDATE : they are becoming more and more useless - now they close tickets without solving them. UPDATE2: it is official - they do not care about fixing stuff. It is a shame because they offer good incentives, would take much to jump to 5*.
