Now there’s a more intelligent way to clean your floors. With the Neato app and a Neato Botvac Connected series robot, you can control home cleaning from anywhere:
• Start, stop, or pause cleaning even when you’re away from home.
• Receive notifications about the status of your robot.
• Set a regular schedule for daily cleaning of an entire level of your home.
• Run the Neato app on multiple devices.
• Use an Apple Watch? See your robot(s), start/stop cleaning, and receive notifications about your robot’s status.
• Access a cleaning summary that shows where your Neato Botvac has cleaned.
These additional features are available for specific models:
Botvac D7 Connected
• Zone cleaning allows you to clean specific areas on-demand
• Virtual No-Go Lines tell your robot where not to go
• Multiple floor plan support to clean with No-Go Lines on different floors
• Quick boost charging reduces overall cleaning time (based on floor plan size)
• Eco/Turbo cleaning modes
• Extra Care navigation
• Manual Drive to control your robot right from the Neato app

Will not allow me to sign in
The link on the email to sent up an account is not available!
Useless junk
So vaccines cleaner doesn’t work anymore because need an update! Are you kidding me?!? So you hub this junk to vaccines your floor and after a while they decide to no be able to use (even pushing the button) without updating (what cannot find any)
Defunct product.
Delete app. The vacuum is no longer working and app does not work.
Can’t stay connected
Congratulations, you’ve successfully made a robot vacuum that’s completely useless if it can’t stay connected to WiFi, and it WONT stay connected to WiFi no matter how many times I try. And NO customer service is available. This is garbage
“App Update Required”
Yes okay, cool. So I can’t use my robot because of an update. Then I try to update it and YOU CAN’T. There is NO update. So, I’m stuck having to update an app that does not need to be updated so I can turn on my roomba. It’s ridiculous.
Neato is dead
Discontinued production in 2023. Do NOT expect any app updates. They were in over their head with the technology and could not keep pace with competition. The vacuum is subpar and the app is also. I took a chance on the wrong brand back in 2016. Good riddance. Thanks for no firmware updates ever to the vacuum and most of all thanks for not communicating with your customer base about the shutdown.
Frustrating
This item is extremely frustrating. It takes 1-2 hrs of trying to set it up every time I want to use it. It disconnects from the network 4-5 times while trying to clean one room. Pay a little more for a more know brand. The savings on this is not worth the time and energy you have to expend to get it to run. Most of the time I give up and just use my regular vacuum, less time and hassle. I hate vacuuming, which is why I purchased this, but as I stated above, it has serious issues that renders it neither easy or time saving.
“Needs Update”
App continues to say “App Update Required” but no update exists. Uninstall and reinstall did not fix the issue. I can still just “start” the vacuum with the “play” button but no “no-go lines”.
