You can’t even select video quality, controls are not intuitive, picture in picture sometimes doesn’t work. Please put some work in it

Please make pausing and resuming fast and responsive. Also on tap controls are shown on the screen with delay which adds friction.

The content and originals are great but it’s extremely hard to find them. Why isn’t there just a tab on the creator page for “nebula exclusives” and “originals”? The way it is now is that originals are just separate channels in the search bar. Ruins this for me and I won’t keep paying for this because of this design disaster.

Titles sums it up pretty well, my complaints only about lacking features, which is must have for this type of app and striking service in general: - Watch history; Right now you need to memorize what video you already watch and which you didn’t, thankfully it’s seems that it at least saves point at which you stoped watching, so you can easily continue from it. And no, it didn’t show in any way or form how much % of video you watch, or if watch it at all (unlike for example YouTube with its red bar at a bottom) - Watch later or saved video; I mean by that an ability to save particular VIDEOS to watch later, right now you can only follow different nebulas originals and creators, but can’t save for a example only 1 particular video to watch later on - Not direly needed as previous 2, but any way to have comment section, like let say YouTube, will be really appreciated, you can’t comment and discuss videos at all, some old original series have links to Reddit so you could do exactly that on that site, but 1) troublesome, as just to talk about show you need 2 different apps and account on completely different site and 2) as Reddit have limit of time when you can comment on post, this Reddit comment pages I called earlier are already closed, so newcomers can add and say anything new. - And last, more of quality of life improvement, add ability to watch videos with “picture in picture” so I can but use different app and watch video, not just listen to it. As last note, I need to say that I didn’t used Nebula website at all, and all my experience with it come from this app, and as I stated with my review using it is pain in a ass, but in general content on Nebula is pretty good and I could recommend it, but be aware of this current problems with it

About half of the joy of watching videos lies in reading comments and discussing the topic with other people. It provides additional insights into the topic and broadens the picture. Please add the comment functionality!

Nice content, but the app is buggy and feature-poor at this stage.

Smooth transitions, great streaming quality. Well made both functionally and visually.

Features this app lacks: 1. Video quality setting on iPad 2. Missing pinch to exit and enter fullscreen on iPad 3. Pop-up window to keep watching a video while browsing the app on iPad 3. Watch history 4. Likes and Dislikes (specially when YouTube basically removed this function). 5. Comments? Issues: 1. Sliding down on a video to close it should require a longer distance. When I just want to click on the video to show the UI in order to skip to a different part, just slightly moving my finger down a cm will trigger the slide down close function which is terribly frustrating. It needs a longer travel distance in order to be intentional. This app has the potential to take a lot of people from YouTube thanks to their enviornament and practice becoming toxic, but in this current state without the features mentioned I don’t think it’s worth it yet. After that it would be a lot easier to recommend to other people. If no progress is made in some time, I would probably just cancel my subscription like other people have.

I’ve had Nebula for almost two years now. This has got to be one of the worst Apple TV apps ever made. I can’t understand how after so long there’s still no way to stop it from auto playing the next video.
