NEC Remit

First time I did this transaction online and not good because you gave me a successful transaction after 5 minutes you declined by taking the money on my acct... And when I went on your head office they don't know what to do they just give me a number to call... I went directly on branch because I know if I called they will asked me to go in any branches of NEC🤦‍♀️ ... BAD SERVICE.

Very convenient and the staff are very responsive if we face any technical issue.

Bad customer service. Not suitable to work in case you need urgent response. Passing the customer from one agent to another.

My transaction are always doesnt exist but the amount already debited from my account.
