This is just the mobile web browser encapsulated in an app. The only benefit of this over a web login is that you only need a pin instead of profile no, pin & password You also can't have more than one profile - ie business & personal And the credit card statement doesn't work - it says the last 10 transactions, but it's actually the first 10 of the current billing cycle, which is useless.

Crashes a lot - for a 1st World Bank, they give us a 3rd World APP. Go and learn from FNB. They know how this banking app thing works!!!!

The new app from Nedbank is terrible to say gently , same for there atm you need hours to wait till page opens and looks terribly cheap . The app is no worlds slow complicated and horribly design . Please turn from app like Capitec easy supper advance and fast . The nedbank you will need a hours to open and figure out .

“The system has timed out” “log in again”. This error happens often and then I have to uninstall, reinstall, re-authorise and then most of the time it works again. It makes the app unreliable and not practical to use.

I despise working with the new Business Banking through the hub. Everything takes three times as much time as it use to, and on month end I could not log in for most of the day. It is “lomp” and I wish I could go back to the old system

Can’t access any info on my credit card.

Off all the banking apps i have used this is the worst. I am tired o having to go the bank everytime when i change a phone.

Easy to use and navigate. Access info within seconds.

It’s far from user friendly. You can’t just go back to your accounts after selecting some other function. I am struggling to make payments. All I can find are options to recite my beneficiaries. Would not recommend at all
