It's just OK. Nothing spectacular. Not the easiest to navigate. At times pretty confusing. Then it does not work properly on the iPad. It is the iPhone app stretched and it is only portrait. Who uses an iPad naturally in portrait? It should have a landscape mode.
Can you please make the option to send an OTP to your email address.
App crashes as soon as you open it. I’m using an iPhone 11.
This update keeps crashing & won’t work. I’m reconsidering changing banks because every once in 3 months the app updates fail
I try to authenticate my face. It does not want do do that. New to Nedbank and downloaded the app, te people at the bank said the app is faulty. I can not open or access my file
It has been days that when you reach to premium calculations when you creating a car comprehensive warranty,the app crushes and says “ error from our side”
I have tried 20 times to install and uninstall this app, it’s not opening on my iPhone 15. It downloaded, but doesn’t want to open!!!

I was trying to pay with a queue behind me and Nedbank app says I must upgrade first before I can carry on. Couldn’t use wifi and had no data. Had to leave everything and find a spot to download new app. Please give some sort of a warning before an upgrade. This was a very hard way to do it; to immediately stop the payment suddenly.
You can’t reverse a debit order from the same company if you have previously done so. You are charged for intra account transactions. You cannot dispute payments on the app. Very high transaction cost to other banks and immediate payment: worse part, they are hidden and refer you to an online document which does not state the fees outright. Overall Nedbank is one the least performing banks in RSA and to raise profits they have increased fees for everything and charge for everything.
