This is a very easy to use app, I little tricky setting up a doorbell cam and even more tricky setting up a chime!!, really difficult actually.
The products Nedis show on the app are near impossible to get in Ireland with the exception of the doorbell cam and chime.
Also there is no 0 zilch nada support on the products available.
I bought the cloud storage plan for 12months for €40, I had issues with some recordings not being available but there was no way of contacting them, you follow the instructions to contact support but nothing comes up.
Bulbs
Great controls over lights. Instant and never had a problem. Highly recommended.
Security.
Excellent Front Door Kit. We are so Happy with this investment. Great job. Play Back Mode is excellent quality.
I want an apple watch app
I really like the app but they need to add an app for Apple watch as I have one
Useless
Can’t download the app to my fon. Useless. Waste of money. Returning bulb to power city tomorrow. ASAP.
Cool gadget
What a cool gadget at home. It gives you a peace of mind at home or even when you’re away. Very straightforward installation.
Really great product
A really great product. I bought light bulbs and I can program them to come on. And it saves on your energy bill.
Timer
Het is echt super ingewikkeld om de timer te gebruiken. Als het eenmaal is ingesteld kan het er niet meer uit. Geen verandering mogelijk. Zonder IT achtergrond niet bruikbaar. Alles gewoon handmatig aan en uitzetten is de enig werkbare optie.
Aan de reactie van Nedis heb ik niks. Je moet het serienummer hebben dat op de doos staat. En die heb ik weggegooid dus is kan geen support krijgen. Echt heel irritant. En zelfs onklantvriendelijk. Dat ding zat bij mijn zonnepaneel. Volgende keer neem ik zeker een andere stekker.
Dagverbruik werkt niet meer.
De app werkt normaal tot volle tevredenheid. Sinds vandaag wordt het dagverbruik op 2 stekkers niet meer weergegeven.
Buggy
Nedis lights and other devices will work for a couple of weeks or months, only to then suddenly decide to stop working, and in the case of lights, start flashing, sending you back to the initial pairing process.
My Apple Watch ‘SmartLife’ app has stopped connecting to its associated phone altogether, and can not be persuaded to reconnect at all.
Relatively cheap stuff, and it seems you get what you pay for. Don’t go all in on this system.
