I cant even login out of a sudden. Error code, unable to send one time password. What bloody service this is, big company but cant even get a proper developer? What a bloody joke

The house is expensive but, the apps are cheap👎🏻

Always unable to generate qr code for visitor. Guard keep asking but the problem is the app.

- Old data were not transfer to new app, eg. Useful Info, Announcement, User Favourites, User Visitor Histories, Feedback submitted history, etc.) - Time selection to book facilities is missing. - History of facilities booking is missing. - BACK button on iOS is not working smoothly. - Car registration number plate entry for visitor should not limit to minimum of 5 characters. - No notification when announcements made in app. - Unable to delete visitor QR wrongly created, old app has it. - Unable to load detail from contact when creating visitor QR. - compulsory email for user is not friendly for elderly.

Hi please release an update because my tenant cant generate qr , shows error message

Previous app was discontinued out of no where, the only notice regarding the discontinuation was hidden in the old app, just 3 days before the discontinuation. New app’s UI is somehow worse than the old app, UGLY. Do better or roll back to the old app.

Rubbish APP just like their House waterproofing workmenship

Some of our family members unable to generate the barcode to let our visitor in. Everytime we have to inform the management manually , so what’s the point of having this apps since ? during the weekends when management off day .. we’re unable to inform the management to let our visitor access.
