Could you please tell me how to transform handwritten text written by Smartpen Dimo? Right screenshot on Neo studio page in App Store shows “Transform handwriting into a neat typeface” but I can not find this function in the Neo Studio!

Who can show me how to transcribe the writings and save it in Evernote? Everything worked perfectly in previous app…

Супер ручка и такой разочарование с приложением. Понимаю и очень хочу использовать функционал этого приложения, но оно не работет. Русский язык практически не распознается. Невозможно работать. Сейчас пользуюсь старым приложением. Оно очень адекватно. Сделайте это приложение, пожалуйста!

Switched to this app from Neo Notes. Please, fix these bugs: 1. When I start writing in existing notebook (Notebook A4) on already filled pages (previously filled in Neo Notes) it creates new page with the same number. It is completely a mess. I can not write on the same page. 2. There is no spaces in both English and Russian, all the text goes as one word. In Neo Notes it worked much better and smoother

As I understand, this is a new version of app for neo smartpen. Good news: editing is better, than in previous version. Bad news: where is synchronization?! With something at least?! I log in with google, and... nothing! Be ready if you delete your app, nothing will be saved.

as of the latest updates , transcribe does not work properly on iPads. It gives total rubbish although the language setting is correct. This software is a total catastrophy. Unusable! Shame on the company. since it has remained in this state for months. They sell expensive pens and in the end it does not work properly . Should be banned from Store ! ps: I have written 3 negative reviews and they have not been published. Thank you Apple .

Eben wurde angekündigt, dass die App nicht länger unterstützt wird und ein Rollbeck auf die alte App stattfindet. Alle Daten, die in der neuen App gespeichert wurden, sind erst mal nicht mehr vorhanden und werden „später“ nachgereicht. Die Leute von NeoCovergence haben ihre eigene Technik nicht im Griff. Ich nutze meine beiden SmartPens von LAMY fortan mit einem äußerst ungutem Gefühl. Schade.
