For MONTHS I haven’t been able to get past one of the quests because once I complete it, it errors out. Now when I click the play button NOTHING happens! So now I can’t even access the game. Go to create a support ticket… and it says message NOT sent. Try again, freezes the whole app.
Neopets is so nostalgic to me and I want to love this but when I download the app it loads in and then doesn’t do anything after you’ve hit “play”. When it’s fixed I will make sure to fix my review!! I hope neopets makes a return!!
This app started out by having a ton of bugs and a year plus for a support ticket to be answered. Now, it won’t even open.
Downloaded it…. Pressed play and nothing happens.

So I am in my tweens and my mom got me this last year I love it but it just got boring over the time plus there is a big bug can you pls fix that because that why I stoped playing it . Aslo can you make it where you can choose you own Neopets The bug is driving me crazy pls fix it ugh or updated it-not trying to be rude or mean

No bug issues, no needs to reload, no major issues. There isn’t much to do. It took forever for a few pieces to let me do what it was asking me to do. Not bad but I’m at a spot where I need more to do.
