I am not getting login code on my number to login and not able to use the app at all

This app is a fraud app, none of the deals actually work when you want to use them. Even when you have booked it, joke

This app doesn’t work at all, it puts random restaurants and when I came they didn’t even understand what is this app, you are not getting any qr codes or pay there

Great app, brilliant concept, and outstanding customer support. Highly recommend!

Got a subscription as a free promotion and would consider it a ripoff if I paid for it. Most places don’t know it exists, outright refuse it or already have those deals in place for anyone who walks in. No customer service at all on the app, despite several attempts. Mostly poor quality eateries I wouldn’t go to anyway.

I started a trial week with automatic renewal turned OFF only to wake up one day seeing that NeoTaste tried to charge me for a months subscription even though on the app it says it’s turned off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Charged me £47 for nothing. Not even a restaurant available near me. Scammers

Offers on their app aren’t honoured by the restaurants. When you report to NeoTaste, no response. Waste of money

First of all the deals on the app are regular deals in store. Secondly they still charge after cancelling, they are non respondent to emails and the only phone number they have is switched off. Dont sign up!

A poor selection of restaurants that all seem to be the same. Fast, unhealthy food from restaurants I have never heard of or would choose to eat at. A discount is only useful if it is somewhere I would go to eat at. Also barely anything my side of Manchester (Stockport) and definatly wouldn’t bother travelling to the places offered
