The app requires entering a code received via SMS to complete setup, but it never sends the code.

I tried to activate the app, but the SMS activation code has not arrived. I called them, but they wouldn’t speak English and just hang up. I saw the previous feedback about the same issue from 3-4 years ago. Unfortunately the problem is still not resolved. This company should be smarter in keeping pace with evolution to avoid losing customers to Bolt and Uber.

Did not receive a code.

I do not recieve the code either. Have tried several times.

The app requires an sms activation code. But I don’t receive the code, I suppose because I have a non-Polish mobile number
