NESTRE: Mind & Brain Training

This app created a direct line of sight to who I am mentally and how I function as a person. It’s spot on with detailed assessments and trainings. I listen to the mindset music while riding the peloton and had my highest output in over a year. Loving this brain training app!

Like any physical training, this app took time and consistency. I used the app roughly 3-4 times a week for like 5 months and really saw a difference in how I operated at work and at home. I found myself handling the stress of each day better and I was able to process changes better when it came to my work projects! I highly recommend, but you have to be committed to it.

As a highly educated black woman and senior-level administrator in college athletics, balancing the demands of my role with my personal well-being is essential. I recently began using the NESTRE app, and even within the first day, I noticed significant benefits that I believe are worth sharing. From the outset, NESTRE's focus on mindful moments, mental framing, and cognitive strengthening activities has been immensely beneficial. The app's structured approach to mindfulness helps me to ground myself amidst the hectic pace of my daily responsibilities. These mindful moments are a refreshing pause that enhance my focus and allow me to approach tasks with greater clarity and calm. The mental framing exercises are particularly useful in promoting innovative thinking. As someone who frequently needs to solve complex problems and generate creative solutions in the realm of college athletics, these exercises help reframe challenges into opportunities. I thoroughly enjoy the NESTRE app especially early in the morning before taking on the day. There are exercises that kick starts your cognition, leading to an effective thought process for me. Furthermore, the exercises truly assist the mental framing process.

I’m just getting started with the app but I like it already. There’s plenty to offer and a bunch of content I didn’t expect (in a good way). The exercises are fun and challenging and the coachings are thoughtful and helpful.

Leveraging on novel-routinization theory, the team behind Nestre created a dynamic mindset profiling system that helped me understand how I think and respond to personal and professional situations. The curated array of mental exercises and games complement my unique mindset profile, tackling weaknesses and sharpening my strengths. It also hosts a range of lecture series by professionals at the top of their field, giving intimate insights into key moments that lead to their successes. Playing the games and listening to the lecture series as part of the daily exercise first thing in the morning has been a game changer. I now start every day off with a boost of inspiration!

This is an ambitious app that has multiple useful positive elements. The mind ser profile however is a foundational breakthrough that really helps frame development, improvement, awareness and interaction.
