The wishlist for some reason is just unavailable. Haven’t been able to access it for over a week now, very annoying. I tried to write a ticket to notify customer care, but the send button is not clickable 😂 yikes

Why do you show SOLD OUT positions at searching?

Newbie to Net-a-porter, Russia based. Registered. Issues: 1. Payment constraints. Trying to pay via card and via Apple-pay. Unsuccessful. Call to Net-a-porter support line, they proposed to place order on my behalf and ask for cvv code, on my objection that passing of card information such as cvv code is not allowed say to me that I do not need to worry about and this information will not be passed to anybody. Seriously? In the era of card fraud store asked to provide cvv, looks very disappointing. Call to my bank and asked for support, bank informed that Net-a-porter tries to reserve plus about 15% more than purchase costs. Why? Why not to mention this fact during the order placement? During the payment issues no error messages were shown by Net-a-porter App. 2. Payment in GBP only. In case you card currency in RUB for example there will be double conversion applied (GBP-USD-RUB). Why not to withdraw in rubles (like YOOX etc.) or allow select withdrawal currency in USD for example? Positive sides: 1. Very good choice 2. Should be fast delivery Overall experience is 1 star out of 5 as I was negatively impressed by payment process organized at Net-a-porter side and customers support behavior.

After the last update I can’t choose a currency in which I want to pay. For Russia it suggests only GBP, before update I could pay in Euro. GBP is a terrible option because there will be double conversation in any case: from roubles to euro or dollars and then to pounds, or if to pay with a card in euro: from euro to roubles and then to pounds. It makes about 15% more to the price!
