App does not work
Once i login nothing work, i tap the various options and no response, even when pressing logout, it has a busy circle icon and seems to be stuck there

Connection issues
I’ve been using the app for a year now, of TRYING to use it. Never was I able to do a single transaction from the app on my phone, not with wifi, not from LTE, not from 3G, not from a different wifi, never. Every single time there ar connection issues. Every single time I have to use my web browser on my pc to transact. What is the problem? Please sort out, your app is pathetic and useless
Error: Cannot Login
App was working previously but now it tells me that my login password is incorrect which is nonsense as I can successfully login via the website. Please correct. I did send an email to support without any response.
A bit disappointing
I am only signed up for the debit order service. When you view a report it does not give you a back button. If you want to continue using the app, you need to quite the app and log back in. You can schedule debit batches, only authorize them. You also cant view what in the batch is that you need to authorize.
