Useless App isn’t safe to subscribe for this. OTP not received when trying to sign on a registered number. In case of emergency you will be left in danger. We subscribe today but we fail to receive OTP can’t pay for something that’s not working for me.
When you exit the app your “profile” expires. So if there is an emergency, you would have to sign up every time? Quite useless..
I have registered online, received an confirmation email and SMS and downloaded the App from the Apple Store. Even after trying to register more than 10x with my cel number I still have not received an OTP as indicated on the App to complete my registration. Very frustrating!!!!
I have been subscribed to this application for months. At a time of emergency i needed to use it and i logged on the app and it required an OTP i waited for hours for the app to send me an OTP with no luck. I tried calling and still couldn’t get assistance!!
