I had to follow up a lot and I did a mistake by booking through this app There is no real-time data
Stuck on registration screen
Not able to add title and it doesnt register untill i add a tittle.

VERY VERY WORST APP .PLEASE. COMPANY SUGGEST CORRECT ACTION TO IMPROVE APP BUT NEUBERG BLOOD REPORTS ARE PERFECT
App Crashes way too often
It just closes out of nowhere and has to reopen the app to continue from the beginning. Update the app or delete the app altogether.
Unfinished, Uneasy and Unfriendly
I had to struggle to click the button the carousel with no luck. Many dropdown are very difficult to use as dropdown doesn’t work. When I go inside wellness package and try to book a package, it’s so confusing as there as duplicate packages with different prices. Ex: there are 9 “Medical Test” packages available from INR 195 till INR 1990. I would delete the mobile app and use their web application instead.
