The app itself is extremely unstable, constant crashes and errors, notifications being skipped and generally quite laggy and annoying. But it does what it needs to do. You can filter by gender and age, match and switch to discord 😅 Wish you can also filter furries, so those who aren’t looking for them, don’t need to.

There are children on this app, and I got banned from their Discord for reporting a child, which is very suspicious coming from a dating app. I think the feds need to look into this.

They say the profiles are hand reviewed and picked, but I’ve been getting nothing but discord bots messaging me saying they got my username off of Nevermet and then they try to scam me with money schemes (sugar baby scheme) or straight up asking for money…

I would like to give the app a chance, but there is no way to scroll down when setting up your account. You get to identify and that’s it, no way to go down and select confirm.

Cool app, nice idea. but, if i close and reopen the app then i sometimes have to re scroll thru people ive already swiped on. So i leave it open in the BG. also 80% are furries, 10% are femboy, and the other 10% you dont really see.

Everywhere outside the app is claims 17+ but then when that is inputted, it locks you out claiming they’re 18+ clever way to prevent 17 yr olds from making friends ig

Like always these dating apps are scammers. I’m a 35 year old man. And the site said my pic looked like I was under 18 so they need my id to verify my age. Site like these just want to still your information and still your identity don’t trust this site.

This app is actually well done in the navigation. Its simple, easy to understand, and doesn’t overwhelm the user. However, for all the praise and potential, it needs a polish and there are two major reasons why, hence 3 stars. 1. The paid aspect. So many times i have seen users put their discord or other means of communication in the bio because you can’t see who likes you or your metrics unless you go premium. Which is $20 a month, $50 for VIP and i don’t understand the benefit of that. A user has to be able to see who has liked them in order to message them if they match but this paywall makes that a pure guessing game if the user is a free account. Ultimately, the paywall alienates those that genuinely want to find a match and not have to pay, hence the discord, vrc names, etc in bio’s. 2. You can’t go back and see who you have liked. Many times i’ve wanted to go back and see who i have liked to get their discord or other method of communication, but there is no place to do that. Hit the X by accident? Sorry, you can’t change that for the same reason. Lastly, a smaller point is the notifications. They don’t cone through or are delayed regardless of account level. Could be a bug or IOS being weird, i don’t know. It has so much potential yet is held so far back. I say join but don’t expect anything out of it.

Where do I even start. This app breeds the worst of the worst people you can possibly meet. Whether or not it brands itself as a "dating" app I promise you it is not that, if you download Nevermet hoping for a relationship, don't have your hopes too high. It is primarily based on VR so you might think ya know, people on here have VR headsets. That's about half true. Some do, some don't, and if you only have PC avatars, you get called an elitist for not having Quest avatars. The base profile pictures should not exist, you should be forced to upload your own VR pictures, most of the stock photo profiles are very low quality profiles with no work or thought put into them. The longest lasting connection I've made from this app was a 2 month IRL relationship where I found out he was cheating on me. Fundamentally, the app itself is not a bad idea, it is glitchy but nothing a restart can't handle, but the people it brings is just.. just something. The last connection I made, the person started talking about NSFW things in a couple hours and when I didn't want to discuss that because we had just met, I ended up blocked. And that is so common too, the block button is so easily accessible and I understand that is for safety reasons, but really, how much does it actually get used for that? If all you want to do is browse profiles and get drunk or get your rocks off, go for it. However, if you download this app hoping to make meaningful connections, I would seriously reconsider it.
