- Science-backed practices based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
- Each practice is approved by US licensed psychotherapists
The Affirmations for Mental Health app does:
- Educate people to cope with problems on their own in a fun and interactive way
- Help people build up psychological immunity
- Recommend to see a medical expert just in time to prevent serious mental disorders
- Raise awareness and decrease the stigma of mental illness
The Affirmations for Mental Health app doesn’t:
- Diagnose mental disorders
- Replace medical treatment
SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
Affirmations for Mental Health app offers a subscription plan that gives you unlimited access to affirmations and practices.

• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

This app really helps me feel better about myself and about my anxiety. It’s very hard to deal with so much stress with only you telling yourself that everything‘s gonna be okay in the moment, so reading it from an app and hearing it in different ways you may not have thought of really helps.
