New Jersey Lottery

After the most recent update, I constantly need to refresh the page to get the symbols to show on “Collect & Win” - I also can no longer choose to just scan another ticket. I have to go back to the beginning. I was hopeful this would be better than the older version but it’s more cumbersome than ever.

Scanner does not workaround anymore

I rarely leave app reviews but this one is necessary. IT needs to lower the menu button in the upper left hand corner of the app. It’s difficult to select which page you need because the three dash button is up too high. I have an iPhone 15, btw.

The collect and win doesn’t work when it scans the barcodes to put your tickets in all you get us a white screen every since October whatever they did to the software fixing messed it up you can’t even enter your ticket now So I emailed NJ LOTTERY tons of times to tell them about this and they give you a big list of things to do like you haven’t done that already I even deleted the app and reinstalled it plus reset my iphone turned over a 100 times Its not my iphone it’s your people who don’t know how to program apps the collect and win doesn’t work. It was just fine only up to October 2020 for now I don’t work. I scan the barcode on the lottery tickets not the scratch off regular lottery tickets then it just shows a blank screen how many times do I have to tell you your software people don’t know what they’re doing.

You really need to make some minor adjustments to make the app a better user experience. 1. Constantly having to log in and it not being an integrated experience like other apps (manually having to enter username and password- no Face ID, etc.). 2. For any of the collect n win or second chance features, the entry cards are not updating with the symbols when you enter a ticket. You then have to toggle back to enter multiple tickets which is extremely time consuming and annoying. There’s so much AI out there that could help you fix your code.

I’m a truck driver and get tickets in a bunch of states and NJ loot app is the only one I have an issue with scanning. Never scans properly. Guess I’ll skip NJ from now on.

Scanner does not work. Get error every time I try to check a ticket.

I downloaded simply to double check scratch off tickets, but every scratch off I scanned gave me an error code. Don’t waste your time.

App is horrible on newest iOS. Many buttons or options are not responsive. You just keep tapping on your login icon or the back button , etc… 10-15 times before the app responds
