I had worked really hard to get good at this game and finally win division one. I scraped it only losing one game all season by 2 points over 2nd place Yorkshire who had lost 3 times. I know you get more match points for bigger wins but the game always forced me to field first so I could never get a big score. So unfair and very nearly robbed me of a title.
Since this is a new star game and usually when I play a new star game it’s good so this time I was expecting it, it’s the same as new star soccer and new star baseball but i think it’s fine that way, the batting is good, the bowling is good, the catching is good and the running is good
Catching in the higher leagues is impossible. Catching the ball is so common and the only good thing is is you can play offline

Needs to update the game cause I’m hitting max outed strikes and somehow I get caught out on the line
As a game that for ages had been so much fun, it’s a shame to see the game now forcing video ads. I understand we live in an age where there’s always some element of pay to win, and new star used to use that by watching ads to get more cans of NRG (which I used to because it helps your player but also helps the developers), but changing it now to forcing ads after every game, especially unskippable video ones shows a complete lack of respect to the player. And after every game too? Shame. I’m uninstalling as I’m happy to do the NRG for ad trade, but forcing your players to watch isn’t right.
What a joke this game is , skills literally have no effect on how you play , you would think your player would be getting better but it doesn’t matter at all … it also doesn’t affect your player value so what’s the point of practice ? We talk about practice ?!
It is hard at first but when you get used to it you’ll be hitting 6s everywhere
It is wonderful!
This game is really fun. There are many things to do and try and get better as a player. Assuming you’re a cricketer, this is the perfect game for you.
