Unable to login after multiple attempts

Terrible app, bad choice of gym

Same day sign-up to the gym and sign-in to the app does not appear possible, which is inconvenient and inconceivably foolish

Can’t add pass to apple wallet, ugh

Ugh

Good but unable to add ID to Apple Wallet

App works well but missing option to add ID to Apple Wallet / Apple Watch. Seems a little buggy. Please fix.

Cannot update personal details

What more can I say? Trying to enter a cell phone number (with no other changes) and system INSISTS I must change “highlighted fields” - even though the highlighted fields already have correct info in the correct format (like my date of birth).

You should be able to cancel your membership on the app or at least website like with every other subscription service. I should not have to make a phone call to prevent money from leaking out of my bank account due to an inactive gym membership.

Broken internet login at start.

App hasn’t worked for two weeks since I started keep on getting same issue no Internet access when I have full Internet access please fix this ASAP

App Store award: Worst app design winner

They took a minimally useful apl that told you the gym locations and hours, and made it a complete waste of space app that actually makes you stupider

Can’t see videos or interact with app

App is completely useless. There is no tech support. I can’t see videos, earn badges, record workouts etc. No one answers chat. No one is willing to help. iPhone 15 pro. Deleted and reinstalled app a number of times. Why have an app?

Account inaccessible

I haven’t been able to access my account for months and nobody has responded to help.
