Kept getting looped around with ‘request timed out’ and am unable to even pair my new pen. I’m an artist and while the product I bought seems fantastic the app it relies on won’t even let me sync the pen. All because I can’t log in.

This app does not work at all. I keep getting timeout errors no matter how I’m connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data. (I’m from the US and even trying to log in through my phone number isn’t working. I’ll get the verification code but then it’ll time out again.)

The app is okay, it can synchronize my notes. Overall it’s good.

I am a student and need to make tons of notes, my parent got me this. So far so good, just what I need.

I have a NEWYES smart pen, and I have been used this app for a year, it works fine most of the time. But sometimes it would lost a few stokes, I am okay with that, it’s a common issue for the smartpens. It meets my expectations.

The app is pretty simple to use and intuitive.I am able to search my notes, email or text the transcription and copy the text into my phones clipboard to paste in other apps .

Transferred my notes to the app with no problems. When I tried to edit my notes on the app, the finish button would not work. This results in the changes made on the app not being saved. Pointless if you can’t edit things on the app.

I made a mistake and took a chance buying this pen, the Sync3. It sounded perfect for what I needed. HOWEVER The old adage about if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn’t applies here The pen took more than 2 weeks to arrive. And when it did, it was junk. It didn’t do anything. No power, won’t charge, nothing. It does have ink and will write, but not other function Total scam and waste.
