Frequent issues and that persisted for years. Really annoying when trying to just enter or exit a parking garage and this thing isn’t working right.

The license plate system has made a world of difference! The gate goes up so quick when I pull in the lane. Thank you, I was tired of getting stuck with tickets that had problems all the time! This has made my commute much better!

The app doesn’t work. I parked my car in the morning and when I came to pick it up in the evening after 9 hrs, I clicked “tap to exit” and it says “loading”. This is an endless message. I was stuck there as the gate was not opening. The service person was kind enough to open the gate manually and let me go. I reached home and the app is still running and I am worried if its going to charge me again a hefty amount.

Set a new card as default and the old card was processed and denied like I new it would be which is why the other card was set as default so I got charged for one single day parking instead of the monthly pass and now I can’t add money to the card my company provides and there is no way to make a payment using multiple payment options so for the whole month of May I either have to pay single days or pay with another card not the one my company provides to save me money

I’m trying to register to buy my parking ticket with anticipation. But the only option is using my phone number. Once I receive the confirmation code, the app closes and you can’t continue with the registration. There’s no other option to register, bad app design, shouldn’t be that complicated.

The app is pretty fluid and works very quickly when you open it. That’s a big deal for something like this, when you’re pulling into a garage trying to make your train… you don’t wanna be fumbling with an app for 30 seconds just to get the gate up. I love that as soon as your camera opens to show the barcode, the gate immediately opens, every time. No back and forth trying to get your credit card to work in the ancient reader. That’s probably the #1 reason to use the app over paying with card or ticket, so much less hassle. Plus you can keep track of your parking session on your phone from anywhere, so I know exactly how much I’m paying and that my car is still there, even when im 100 miles away in a different city.

This review would go to 5 stars if there was a widget to quickly bring up the qr scanner to get in and out of a facility. It’s a pain to bring up the scanner function with a tiny clicking area, while driving into the exit lanes. (At least compared to the swipe card system.)

Garbage app, everything about it is horrendous

I’m furious. I just noticed I didn’t get an email tonight with the amount I was charged today for parking. When I opened the app I was shocked to find that it was still counting the hours as if I was still parked in the garage!!! Doesn’t the app know that I scanned the code to exit the garage? The gate opened and I left! So now how do I fix this at 10 o’clock at night? and tomorrow when I go to park and scan the code, the gate will open but it will think that I’m ending the session rather than starting it. What a mess who needs this crap? They better not try to charge me. And this is only the second time I’ve used this!!!

A small QR forces you to extend your phone out of window with your left hand and try to reach screen with right. Make the codes bigger. Especially in Trenton.
