The worsttttt! Scammers and the payments gets rejected yet deducted from your card and they ask you to follow with the bank!! No customer service and tooooooo slow and stupid.

After adding the fees on the deposit from the debit card they became the worst among all other competitors and even 1 star is too much for them Useless app Don’t install it

After receiving the Nexta card from their agent, he tried to activate it but several attempts were failed and he directed me to chat with customer support team. The customer support team has set of 4 questions to ask anyone (your name, number, email and the reason of contacting them) then a standard answer that an agent will contact you in a moment, the fact that I realized that no one from the customer support team follow up on a single request from the customer as I have answered 5 times, the same questions to different agents. Finally the customer support team is not able to solve a card activation issue at first place, accordingly what should be expected when issue happens in a financial transaction, worth mentioning that I realized that the application does not include a phone number for customer support which directs all problems to this type of quality chatting.

Nexta is not mature I would rather not call it a company, they misses up your balance and steal from you as well as close your account for no reason. Would rather go for Klivvr instead.
