Каждый второй велосипед имеет проблему, а решить её невозможно, потому что поддержка НЕ РАБОТАЕТ. По телефону не дозвониться, обработать информацию робот не в состоянии, а когда хочешь дождаться оператора - тебя скидывают. На сообщения они в принципе не отвечают. Как возвращать проблемные велосипеды или деньги непонятно. Худший сервис.

Приложение хорошее и все удобно, но бывает gps глючит и еще нельзя припарковать велик и потом поехать дальше, если сдаешь уже не сесть на него. А так все супер, и велики годные
No support, buggy locks and stupid billing.
On my first day with nextbike, my very first try, the was a bug with the lock. It would not open. In 40 seconds or so, my rental was automatically finished and I was “appropriately” charged 2 eur.
I tried it second time with another bike - same results.
On the third time I tried yet another bike, but another model. It was a success in the end.
I decided to post a support message.
Still I was sure there are minimal provisions on nextbike backend side to smooth customer journeys for typical issues, especially for new customers. It can easily be done on billing side as a set of batch reports. It’s trivial.
After two weeks and no changes or any sign of reaction to my support request, I repeated requests and added I’m going public if no reaction. There were no reaction.
I understand this is not an issue of the mobile app and it’s dev team. Though the app definitely lacks better and more relevant instructions, as the standard ones were not relevant for my bike, as well as the app backend has a long way to go to improve UX (actual status etc.). App quality is 3, app/bff is 2. If you accept support requests you must give a channel for the requestor to track their status. Responsiveness and data sync to the backend and the bikes is also subpar.

Yesterday Feb 25 2023 I’ve been fined l for 20 euro when riding a bike 65946. The situation: I made a brief stop to have some rest during a ling ride and to walk around. I wanted to park a bike, so I locked it down manually. Then the app notified me that the rent is finished and the bike is returned! No request if I’m just parking or not. I tried to rent it back as I had to continue my ride, but the app said “this bike has just been returned and not available for the next hour”, so i had to walk a bit to the next station. That’s fine for me , but on the walk I gor another notification that I left the bike outside the serviced area and the fee is going to be 20 euro. Seriously? Is this how you’re making money? No confirmation of my intents in the app, no response in the support (I called and wrote- nothing happened), the next day I was charged the fee.
Please consider this and improve your user experience, this looks like a trap for people! I would understand if I was doing something dodgy, but come on I was just doing a normal ride! PS The return of the fee would be much appreciated too!

This is the worst bike rental I've ever used. All bikes are of poor quality, and the worst thing about this company is the support service, which does not understand the problem and does not help customers. I put the bike in the parking lot and blocked it, but this was not displayed in the application, I wrote to the technical support to help me, but they just charged me 200 czk. I am very unhappy from using this app.
